Our Paraben free, Formaldehyde free and Cruelty free Eye Makeup Remover is a water-soluble formula that is ph balanced to your tear fluid so it does not sting. Glycerin provides lightweight moisture as it softens and hydrates skin. It gently removes all traces of eye make-up without leaving an oily residue.
How To: Apply to a cotton ball then massage gently in a circular motion to desired areas. Or, spray eye makeup remover onto a cotton ball and gently wipe over your eyes until the makeup is removed. Our eye make up remover is recommended for your eye area only.
TIP: Application can be used with the pump spray or squirt cap.
